Effective with the commencement of business on Sunday, November 9, 2003, the new and improved FirmSoft version 3.1 order management tool will be available for use.  This new version addresses several major enhancements users have expressed an interest in previously, namely:

  • Improved ease of use;
  • Search parameter changes for more effective searching ability;
  • Ability to reinstate a forgotten password unaided;
  • Integration of TOPS system orders; and
  • Ability to group cancellation orders

and many others.
